You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jl88 account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawal requests submitted, regardless of whether such activity was initiated by you personally.

Your jl88 account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are strictly confidential. Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly. General Bonus Terms:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable.

jl88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The jl88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl88 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's operation or the accuracy of any content.

jl88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl88 account in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jl88 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jl88 customer support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting jl88 live support and submitting a formal written complaint. jl88 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to jl88's licensing authority in accordance with that authority's published complaints procedure.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

jl88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jl88 will notify registered account holders via the email address registered to their account at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. For minor or non-material amendments, changes will take effect upon publication on the jl88 Platform.

Your continued use of the jl88 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your jl88 account before the effective date of the changes. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.
